More Pages from Scrappin' Divas

Janet's Zoo birthday layout. I did not realize she left off the title!! We'll have to fix that! This is the beginnning of Edith's Disney books. She is doing her grand-daughter's albums first.Scrappy found her some Disney papers at Michael's today.
Helen came up with this on her own. The Monopoly paper was so cute.
Another of Janet's birthday pages. This one is No. 4. Olympic Games birthday.

A Scrappy Birthday !

Our new scrappin' group came to celebrate Scrappy's birthday. Helen brought a cake and we scrapped and scrapped.

Helen wanted to call their group "Scrappin' Divas." We thought that would be fine since there is no longer a Scrappin' Divas store. So from now on they will be known as Scrappin' Divas.

That gives us our three groups of Scrappers:

  • Croppin' with Class (the original)- meet 2nd & 4th Wed

  • Scrap Therapy Session -meet 2nd & 4th Tues,maybe more often

  • Scrappin' Divas- meet 1st and 3rd Wed

Scrap Therapy Session - March 31st

We had a great class today!! Our new classmate, Lacey,
came and made a cute layout of her son's birth.

Diane made two cute layouts for her daughter Stacey!!

Judy is working on this cute layout. We have to finish cutting some things for the other page.

Here is the sweet (mushy) poem she added;

In My Heart's Eyes

"In the eyes of my heart

This is how I will always see you

This is how you will always be

Smiling, cuddly and tiny

So sweetly looking up at me.

If I should live to be 100

Or if older than that I should be

This is the picture in my heart's eyes

That I shall take to Heaven with me."

I told you it was mushy, but sweet!!

I've been Playing with the Cricut!!

I had several projects in mind today since I got a new cartridge this week. I got the Hello Kitty Font cartridge and I had downloaded a cutfile of this title below. It would make a really cute layout!

I cut the title with chipboard then with the glitter cardstock. I thought it would be difficult for it to cut, but it whizzed through, Perfect! The Friends title is also on chipboard, so cute!

This is another kitty I cut, Ballet Kitty! So cute, wouldn't she be great on dance pages!! She took a lot of patience and several cuts, but I love it!! Donna, you are the one who has patience to deal with all these little pieces, not me!!

I loved the chipboard flowers Helen put on her page the other night. I decided to cut some more with chipboard and the cut the papers. Cute for an Easter page!!

This is one of the borders close-up with buttons added and on top of matching paper!! Cute!

I also cut this Birthday Boy title for Lacey. Her little boy just had a Frog First Birthday Party. It matches that Frog Paper Donna brought me.

Some of you saw this flower mesh I had cut out. I put it on yellow cardstock and added some buttons. This would make a great layout for a 5 x 7 picture!!

As you can see, I had a fun afternoon and evening with the Cricut!! It is just amazing what it can do. If anyone would like to come play with me sometime and learn more about it just call and I'll let you know when I'm playing!!
