Crop 'til You Drop was Awesome !!

We had a great time at our All day Friday Crop!! First we had some delicious food. Chicken Salad, Cracker Salad, Cooked Squash and a fabulous homemade Blueberry Cake!! We are great cooks, as well as, great scrappers!! We are thinking of doing a cookbook of our fave scrappin recipes!!
Oh course, Helen was the most prolific scrapper! Completed and entire
album of her Caribbean Cruise, 10 pages!!

We took this opportunity to use lots of Pink, flowers and tons of glitter!! With two boys she has no tgotten to use too much pink, her fav color!!

Above, Judy's great layout of her family's annual visit to Canton Lights. She even found a journal entry her grand daughter had made about the event. Just love this.

Carol came and finished up the mini books for her grandson. It is a great idea. Pre reading skills. I am making on for Brennen, also. This is a great project for any grand parent!!
Some more of Helen's pages!! Cute!

Pam is working on making an apple shaped mini-book. She panted and prepped it and will come and finish it on Wednesday.Going to be cute.

Above, Judy's Sunday School ladies luncheon.
Above is Pam's layout of a baby shower. Cute, love the titles placed on ribbon.

Scrap Therapy Session --Awesome!!

We had a great session on Tuesday. Carol wanted to make some bookmarks for her daughter-in-laws mission trip to Africa. I printed them out using The Print Shop and cut the paper with the Cricut.
We laminated them and she is going to add ribbon in the holes. We made 18 of them.

Carol also worked on her mini book for her grandson.
Lacey did these cute pages of Brooke's first trip to the movie with his Grandfather. I looked online and printed out the poster from the movie.
Lacey made these cute 4th of July pages. She used stickers for her title, punched backgrounds, used the zig-zag scissors to cut out another layer and decorated them with Stickles!! Too cute!!
These are the mini albums Judy is making. I got the books at Target years ago and had never used the. They were in the Dollar Bins. So if you ever see any grab them!! They are great for this type of project.
I stamped the titles right on the books using my clear acrylic stamps
