Take a Peek!! Cute Summer Mini Album

I finally got the summer mini book made!! It is made from the chipboard books that I got at Michael's. I put a sun, a fish, a cloud and flower page together. And did different techniques for each page. I just love it!! I used practically everything I could find cute to put in it!
I used a lot of artsy techniques. Embossing, stamping, and lots
of ribbons and cute embellishents.
If you are interested in making one, just let me know and we will have a special class.

Scrappy Day Camp Thursday, July 16th

We are getting quite a few scrappers signed up for our July Camp. It is going to be a blast! It will begin at 9:00 am and regrettably end at 5:00.(Next time we'll go for 12 hours!) Anyway some will come in after lunch, some will come all day. The cost will be $10 and each camper will need to bring their tools and pictures to make lots of pages. Also each camper will bring a snack or goodie for us to have for lunch and snack time, although last time we hated to stop to eat!!
Here's who I have so far:
  1. Lacey all day
  2. Gay all day
  3. Pam 12:30-5:00
  4. Jennifer 12:30-5:00
  5. Donna 12:00-5:00
I plan to rearrange the room so we can have a larger group plus we could use the dining room if we needed to. So if you want to come or know someone who wants to come, let me know. The more the merrier!!I have some great games and activities planned!! And we will appoint a Queen of the Crop again, or may be it should be the Happiest Camper!!

Scrap Therapy Session --Awesome!!

We had a great session on Tuesday. Carol wanted to make some bookmarks for her daughter-in-laws mission trip to Africa. I printed them out using The Print Shop and cut the paper with the Cricut.
We laminated them and she is going to add ribbon in the holes. We made 18 of them.

Carol also worked on her mini book for her grandson.
Lacey did these cute pages of Brooke's first trip to the movie with his Grandfather. I looked online and printed out the poster from the movie.
Lacey made these cute 4th of July pages. She used stickers for her title, punched backgrounds, used the zig-zag scissors to cut out another layer and decorated them with Stickles!! Too cute!!
These are the mini albums Judy is making. I got the books at Target years ago and had never used the. They were in the Dollar Bins. So if you ever see any grab them!! They are great for this type of project.
I stamped the titles right on the books using my clear acrylic stamps
